Withdraw cash

The service plan “Jaunimui” will allow you to free of charge* withdraw up to 200.00 EUR/month (or 3 operations) at any ATM. Special cash withdrawal limits are applied to youth up to 18 years of age.

* Not applicable to currency exchange and to fees applied on ATMs in another country.

Be not afraid to travel

You may use the card abroad as well – the currency is exchanged at a favourable rate.

Useful information

Payment card limits (purchases online and in brick-and-mortar stores), withdrawal of cash from the ATMs:

  • Daily limit – 100.00 EUR;
  • Monthly limit – 500.00 EUR;
  • Maximum day’s cash withdrawal limit – 500.00 EUR.

Parents or the youth themselves, who have reached the age of 14 and obtained the consent of their parents, can change the daily and monthly limits of the payment card. This can be done free of charge via online banking or by arriving to the client servicing branch (service price: 6.00 EUR). The maximum daily cash withdrawal limit cannot be changed until the person reaches the age of 18.

In order to ensure secure online payments, it is important to activate an additional security measure – Secure online payment.

We recommend fixing the limits of card operations by having regard to your real needs – similar to the usual value of expenses during the same period and to the planned purchases.

Bank account limits (online banking and mobile app payment limits for youth under 14 years of age):

  • daily limit – 50 EUR;
  • monthly limit – 200 EUR.

Transfers using online banking or the mobile app for youth under 14 are executed only after parental approval. Upon reaching the age of 14 and with parental consent, the youth can confirm transfers independently.

What to do, if you have lost the payment card?

If you lose your payment card, you can block it:

  • via the internet bank;
  • by calling the 24/7 available phone number: +370 610 44447.

The card is blocked free of charge.

How to use securely the payment card?

After receiving a new payment card, sign on the indicated place.

  • Take care of your payment card as any other personal document or moneys.
  • Do not show and do not tell about your payment card data by phone or via Internet to persons, whose credibility you doubt.
  • For passwords, which are necessary when providing information by phone, use combinations unknown and unsolvable to other persons.
  • Make sure that after each payment the payment card will be returned to you.
  • Regularly check the payment card’s monthly bills.
  • If you notice suspicious operations, promptly inform the bank about this.
  • Do not tell your payment card’s PIN code to anyone and do not write it down on anywhere, where other persons might see. Take PIN code to heart and destroy the PIN code’s envelope.
  • Prior to signing on the payment receipt or inputting the PIN code, check the payment sum. 
  • If the payment card disappeared or you suspect that other persons found out the PIN code or took possession of your card, promptly inform the bank about this and have the payment card blocked.

Relevant services:

  • Secure Online Payment – is an international Mastercard® SecureCode™ security measure, which helps protect the card against unlawful use for online payments. You can order the service via the internet bank or at the Artea bank branch.
  • Security Program – additional card protection and reimbursement of losses should the client lose the payment card or the payment card would be stolen and/or unlawfully used. Security Program is valid for a specific card, to which the Security Program was ordered.

If the card will be forwarded to you via post, prior to using it, perform two main actions - activate the received card and memorize the PIN code:

  1. You must activate the card within three months from the date of the order. Login to your internet bank, in the menu Accounts and Cards select Cards and then press Activate. Afterwards, we will show you the PIN code;
  2. We will show you the PIN code only once, therefore, be ready to memorize it. If you do not memorize the code, we will not be able to show it again and you will have to order the card anew.
