In most cases, we provide a preliminary response regarding the loan within a few minutes. We usually make a decision on the loan within 1 business day of receiving all the necessary documents.
You can use the loan for various home repair and renovation works:
- bathroom or kitchen renovation;
- window and door replacement;
- roof repair and insulation;
- heating system modernization;
- facade renovation;

No detailed estimates or work receipts are required to obtain a loan for home repairs. The money is paid directly into your account and you can use it according to your needs and priorities.
- If the contract is concluded before 1:30 pm on a working day, the funds will be transferred on the same working day.
- If the contract is concluded after 1:30 pm on a working day, the funds will be transferred on the same working day or by 3:00 p.m. the next day.
- If the contract is concluded over the weekend or on a public holiday, the funds will be transferred by 3 pm on the next working day.
Please note that in some cases, due to sanctions and increased bank monitoring, payment orders may take up to 2–5 working days to be processed for reasons beyond our control (or even longer in exceptional cases).
