It is a card for your purchases and travels on our planet, and maybe in the future, across the universe. You can get a credit limit of up to EUR 10,000. You can use your card to pay online, book airline tickets or hotel rooms.

Artea lizingas credit card is consumer credit on a card. You can have the credit limit you need on your card account – from EUR 300 to EUR 10,000.
About contactless payments
Contactless payment cards offer an even faster way to pay for purchases. If the payment amount is less than EUR 50, you will not need to enter the PIN code. One beep and you are done!
These are payment services designed to be connected to various smart devices such as phones, watches, rings, bracelets, etc.
Connect your Artea Bank card to the digital wallet that suits you and conveniently pay for goods or services in stores, institutions, payment terminals or e-shops wherever contactless payments are accepted.
All Mastercard contactless cards issued by Artea Bank can be used for payments with smart devices. When paying with smart devices, the usual transaction limits for card payments apply.

* Clients can change transaction limits in the Internet Bank, in the mobile application or by submitting a request to the nearest customer service unit of Artea Bank AB or by telephone.
** A single overall cash deposit limit applies to all the client’s payment cards. With the bank’s agreement, a higher limit than the standard cash deposit limit may be set.
Transaction limits can be reduced or increased quickly and free of charge in the Internet Bank, in the app, by submitting a request at the nearest customer service point of Artea Bank or calling +370 610 44447.
We recommend setting limits for card transactions according to real needs – similar to the usual amount of expenditure over the same period and planned purchases.
Transaction limits in line with payment habits can help protect money from scam, they complement other preventive measures taken by the bank.

What should I do if I lost my payment card?
If you lose your payment card, you can block it by:
- using internet bank;
- 24-hour telephone call +370 610 44447 24 hours round.
The card is blocked for free.
In case you have lost your payment card, you can block it by dialling +370 700 55 055, 24 hours a day. An application regarding the confirmation of blocking of the lost card should be submitted to any outlet of Artea Bank within 7 business days. The card will be blocked free of charge.
How to use a payment card safely?
- Sign in the space provided immediately after receiving a new payment card.
- Keep a watch on your payment card like any other personal identification document or cash.
- Do not show or disclose the details of your payment card on the phone or Internet to individuals whose reliability is doubtful.
- Use combinations unknown and unpredictable to other people for your passwords which are necessary when providing information on the phone.
- Make sure that the payment card has been returned to you after each payment.
- Check the monthly statements of your payment card on a regular basis.
- Should you notice any suspicious operations, inform the bank immediately.
- Never disclose your payment card’s PIN code to anybody; do not write down your PIN code where other persons can see it. Destroy the envelope after memorising your PIN code.
- Check a payment amount before signing on the payment receipt or entering your PIN code.
- In case the payment card went missing or you suspect that other people might know your PIN code or took control over your card, immediately notify the bank thereof and block your payment card.

The Security programme shall apply to a particular card which the Security programme has been ordered to.
Standing credit card limit is granted for the period of card validity under contractual provisions, covering the used credit limit by the last day of the credit limit validity.
Interest-free credit card limit is granted for the period of card validity under contractual provisions. MasterCard® Gold cardholders will use the credit limit for free for 45 calendar days from the actual credit use day.
To get a payment card with a credit limit, please fill out the application for personal card receipt, credit limit receipt/increase/decrease in any branch of the Artea Bank or through internet bank.
If your card has been sent to you by post, do two main steps before using it – activate the received card and memorise the PIN code:
- The card must be activated within three months as of its ordering date. Log in to your Internet Bank, select “Cards” from the “Accounts and Cards” menu and then click “Activate”. That is when we show you the PIN code;
- We will show you the PIN code only once, so be ready to memorise it. If you do not remember the code, we will not be able to show it again and you will have to re-order the card.
