However, if you have observed or are aware of any criminal activity, administrative or professional misconduct, violation of job responsibilities, serious breach of professional ethics, or any actions that could harm the public interest or damage the reputation of Artea Group — whether committed, ongoing, or being planned by Artea Group employees, clients, business partners, suppliers, or other parties associated with Artea Group — please report it to us by filling out and submitting the form below.

Your report will be forwarded to the Chief Compliance Officer of Artea Bank, the Director of the Compliance Department, or a designated compliance officer of the respective Artea Group company, if the report concerns a specific company within the Group. We will ensure the confidentiality of your personal data and the information you provide.

Please note that you can submit a report anonymously. However, in such cases, we will not be able to contact you, which may hinder our ability to properly investigate and resolve the issue.
