Non-Withdrawable Fixed-Term Deposit: You may terminate the agreement only in the event of exceptional circumstances. In such a case, you must submit a request together with supporting documentation. Termination due to exceptional circumstances does not apply to legal entities.

Fixed-Term Deposit: Yes, but accrued interest will not be paid, and any interest already paid before termination will be deducted from the deposit amount.

Savings Deposit: Yes. In the event of termination, interest accrued up to the termination date will be paid.

Non-Withdrawable Fixed-Term Deposit: In exceptional circumstances, you may withdraw part of the deposit funds without terminating the agreement by submitting a request and supporting documentation.

Fixed-Term Deposit: Partial withdrawals are not allowed.

Savings Deposit: Funds may be withdrawn at any time (except on the first day after the agreement is concluded). For Savings Deposit agreements concluded before May 1, 2024, the partial withdrawal option does not apply.

Interest on a Savings Deposit is paid monthly.

Non-Withdrawable Fixed-Term Deposit: The deposit term ranges from 6 months to 5 years. Automatic renewal is not available when the agreement is concluded. This type of deposit generally offers higher interest rates; however, the agreement may only be terminated or part of the funds withdrawn without losing interest in exceptional circumstances.

Fixed-Term Deposit: The term ranges from 7 days to 5 years. Automatic renewal may be selected when the agreement is concluded. This type of deposit is more flexible than a non-withdrawable fixed-term deposit, but generally offers lower interest rates. If necessary, the deposit may be terminated before maturity; however, no interest will be paid upon early termination.

A €500 annual tax exemption applies to interest income from deposits and other financial instruments. Personal income tax (PIT) is not charged on income up to this amount.
