Documents supporting income (income tax return for the last 2 years, with confirmation from the State Tax Inspectorate, balance sheet, profit and loss account or farm performance account for the last 2 years and for the completed quarters of the current year, or, in the case of a small farm, a cash, purchase, and sales register for the previous year and the current year).

  2. Company registration certificate.
  3. Annual sole proprietorship income tax return for the last 2 calendar years (with confirmation from the State Tax Inspectorate) and sole proprietorship tax returns for the completed quarters of the current year.

  2. The agreement or deed of incorporation of the partnership, partnership’s statutes or a civil service contract for services and/or work.
  3. Income tax return for the last 2 calendar years (with confirmation from the State Tax Inspectorate).
  4. Documents supporting the current year’s income (certificate of income, bank statement of income or other proof of payment received).
  5. The company’s financial statements (profit and loss account and balance sheet) for the previous and current year.

  3. Income tax return for the last 2 calendar years (with confirmation from the State Tax Inspectorate).
  4. Income and expenditure register for the previous and current year, or other documents supporting income and expenditure for that period (invoices, receipts, contracts).

  3. Income tax return for the last 2 calendar years (with confirmation from the State Tax Inspectorate).
  4. Bank statement for the previous and current year, or documents supporting remuneration payments.

  2. Proof of activity and its continuity (contracts, etc.) for the last 2 years.
  3. Income tax return for the last 2 calendar years (with confirmation from the State Tax Inspectorate).
  4. Certificates of transfer and acceptance of work for the previous and current year, or other documents supporting income and expenditure for that period (invoices, receipts, contracts).

  2. Seafarer’s book.
  3. Documents supporting income (contract, next voyage certificate, bank statement of income for the last 12 months, or other proof of payment received).

  3. Pay slips (or other proof of wages earned and paid).
  4. Documents supporting income (bank statement of income for the last 6 months or other proof of payment received).
  5. All documents in a foreign language other than English must be translated into Lithuanian and certified by a translator or notary public.
