- Certificate of salary earned and paid in the last 4 months, or bank statement of income for the last 12 months.

- Farm registration certificate.
- Documents supporting income (income tax return for the last 2 years, with confirmation from the State Tax Inspectorate, balance sheet, profit and loss account or farm performance account for the last 2 years and for the completed quarters of the current year, or, in the case of a small farm, a cash, purchase, and sales register for the previous year and the current year).
- Passport or identity card or permanent residence permit in Lithuania.
- Company registration certificate.
- Annual sole proprietorship income tax return for the last 2 calendar years (with confirmation from the State Tax Inspectorate) and sole proprietorship tax returns for the completed quarters of the current year.
- Passport or identity card or permanent residence permit in Lithuania.
- The agreement or deed of incorporation of the partnership, partnership’s statutes or a civil service contract for services and/or work.
- Income tax return for the last 2 calendar years (with confirmation from the State Tax Inspectorate).
- Documents supporting the current year’s income (certificate of income, bank statement of income or other proof of payment received).
- The company’s financial statements (profit and loss account and balance sheet) for the previous and current year.
- Passport or identity card or permanent residence permit in Lithuania.
- Self-employment certificate.
- Income tax return for the last 2 calendar years (with confirmation from the State Tax Inspectorate).
- Income and expenditure register for the previous and current year, or other documents supporting income and expenditure for that period (invoices, receipts, contracts).

- Copyright agreements for the last 2 years.
- Income tax return for the last 2 calendar years (with confirmation from the State Tax Inspectorate).
- Bank statement for the previous and current year, or documents supporting remuneration payments.
- Passport or identity card or permanent residence permit in Lithuania.
- Proof of activity and its continuity (contracts, etc.) for the last 2 years.
- Income tax return for the last 2 calendar years (with confirmation from the State Tax Inspectorate).
- Certificates of transfer and acceptance of work for the previous and current year, or other documents supporting income and expenditure for that period (invoices, receipts, contracts).
- Passport or identity card or permanent residence permit in Lithuania.
- A document authorising you to practise your profession, if required (e.g. for a lawyer, a certificate authorising you to practise as a lawyer and a lawyer’s certificate).
- Income tax return for the last 2 calendar years (with confirmation from the State Tax Inspectorate).
- Income and expenditure register for the current year, or other documents supporting income and expenditure for that period (invoices, receipts, contracts).
- Passport or identity card or permanent residence permit in Lithuania.
- A document confirming ownership or other legal basis for possession of the property (e.g. a lease agreement).
- Property lease agreement and amendments.
- Income tax return for the last 2 calendar years (with confirmation from the State Tax Inspectorate).
- Bank statements or other proof of income for the last 2 years and the current year.
- Passport or identity card or permanent residence permit in Lithuania.
- Business licence.
- Income tax return for the last 2 calendar years (with confirmation from the State Tax Inspectorate).
- Income and expenditure register for the previous and current year, or other documents supporting income and expenditure for that period (invoices, receipts, contracts).

- Seafarer’s book.
- Documents supporting income (contract, next voyage certificate, bank statement of income for the last 12 months, or other proof of payment received).
- Passport or identity card or permanent residence permit in Lithuania.
- Employment contract.
- Pay slips (or other proof of wages earned and paid).
- Documents supporting income (bank statement of income for the last 6 months or other proof of payment received).
- All documents in a foreign language other than English must be translated into Lithuanian and certified by a translator or notary public.

- Documents supporting the payment or allocation of interest and/or dividends (bank statements, credit agreements under which interest is paid).
