What kind of financial protection is provided during the trip?
Applicable under the insurance terms, with exceptions and limits, and depending on the situation, you may be reimbursed for the actual expenses incurred.
- Emergency medical assistance – up to €250,000
- Trip cancellation or missed flight: “Mastercard Gold” – up to €2,000, “Mastercard Business” – up to €1,000 (applies only to causes specified in the insurance terms, e.g., due to strike action, acute illness, etc.)
- Trip delay (more than 3 hours): necessary actual expenses incurred due to this event (e.g., food, accommodation) – up to €300
- Baggage delay (more than 3 hours): necessary actual expenses incurred due to this event (e.g., hygiene products, clothing) – up to €500
- Personal liability – up to €30,000
- Rental vehicle deductible (excess) coverage – up to €1,500
- Repatriation (transport back to Lithuania) – up to €250,000
- Emergency dental treatment – within the limits of the medical expenses insurance coverage

How to report
about an insured event?
Immediately, but not later than within 15 calendar days from the return to the place of permanent residence, contact OPS Lietuva Assistance, UAB.
