Terms of the promotion

1. The organiser of the Iki 50 Eur jūsų paskolai – nuo mūsų (Get up to EUR 50 towards your loan repayment) promotion  (hereinafter, the “Promotion”) is Artea Bankas AB (hereinafter, the “Bank”), registration No. 112025254, registered office address: Tilžės g. 149, Šiauliai, and Artea Lizingas UAB (hereinafter referred to as “Lizingas”), registration No. 234995490, registered office address: Karaliaus Mindaugo pr. 35, 44307 Kaunas.

2. Promotion period: from 15/06/2026 to 31/07/2026.

3. “Card” refers to a debit or credit card of the Bank issued to a customer of Lizingas (hereinafter, the “Promotion Participant”).

4. “Consumer credit” refers to a consumer credit granted by Lizingas to a customer of Lizingas. The terms and conditions of consumer credits are set out on the website www.artea.lt, under the Consumer credit.

5. “Promotion Participant” refers to a customer of Lizingas who has a valid consumer credit agreement with Lizingas and who, during the Promotion period, becomes a Bank client exclusively online, i.e., opens his/her first account with the Bank online and applies for, receives and activates a Card.

6. “Reward” refers to a one-time payment of up to EUR 50, which is transferred to the consumer credit repayment account of Lizingas and which reduces the outstanding credit balance of the customer of Lizingas accordingly, provided that the customer’s situation meets all the conditions set forth in the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. The Reward is sponsored by the Bank.

7. Terms and Conditions of the Promotion

7.1. To participate in the Promotion and receive the Promotional Reward, the customer of Lizingas must open his/her first Bank account online during the Promotion period, order a Card and activate it.

7.2. Only those customers of Lizingas who become customers of the Bank exclusively online are eligible for this promotion.

7.3. Customers of Lizingas who are already customers of the Bank are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

8. Promotional Reward and Payment Procedure

8.1. The Promotional Reward is an amount of up to EUR 50, which will be used to cover the Promotion Participant’s obligations under the consumer credit agreement.

8.2. The specific amount awarded to a Promotion Participant depends on the outstanding balance of his/her consumer credit at the time of payment:

8.3. if the amount of the Promotion Participant’s obligation under the consumer credit agreement exceeds EUR 50, he/she will receive a Reward in the amount of EUR 50.

8.4. if the amount of the Promotion Participant’s obligation under the consumer credit agreement is less than EUR 50, the Reward amount will be such that it fully covers the obligation.  

8.5. The Reward will be awarded to the Promotion Participant by transferring funds directly to the consumer credit repayment account, from which the obligation to Lizingas will be settled (in the following order: late fees, interest, instalments).

8.6. No further notification regarding the awarding of the Reward to the Promotion Participant will be provided. The Promotion Participant can check on the self-service portal of Lizingas at www.artea.lt. whether the Reward was transferred to the consumer credit repayment account of Lizingas and whether the Promotion Participant’s outstanding consumer credit balance has been reduced accordingly.

8.7. Each Promotion Participant can only win one Promotional Reward.

9. Reward Payment Deadlines

9.1. Promotion Participants who acquire, receive and activate the Card between 15/06/2026 and 30/06/2026 will receive the Reward by 10/07/2026.

9.2. Promotion Participants who acquire, receive and activate the Card between 01/07/2026 and 31/07/2026 will receive the Reward by 10/08/2026.

9.3. Promotion Participants who receive and activate a Card purchased during the Promotion Period between 01/08/2026 and 10/08/2026 will receive their Reward by 17/08/2026.

10. Privacy and Personal Data

10.1. All personal data of Promotion Participants are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the requirements set forth in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The Bank and Lizingas will take all necessary, reasonable and appropriate measures to ensure the protection of the Promotion Participant’s data and the lawfulness of their processing.

10.2. The personal data (first name, last name, national identification number) provided to the Bank by Promotion Participants are processed for the purposes of organising and conducting the Promotion, based on the consent of the Promotion Participant.

10.3. The Promotion Participant’s information will be shared with Lizingas in order to provide the benefits specified in the Promotion.

10.4. The consent of the Promotion Participants remains valid for the duration of the Promotion, unless such consent is revoked by the Promotion Participant at an earlier date. This can be done by contacting the Bank using the contact information provided at www.artea.lt. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent.

10.5. After the consent expires, the fact that Consent was given is retained for the purposes of enforcing legal claims and resolving disputes (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

10.6. Promotion Participants have the right to access their personal data and learn how the data are processed, to be informed about the processing of their personal data and to request the rectification of any incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate personal data.

10.7. The Participant also has the right to object at any time to the processing of his/her personal data, as well as to request that the Bank and/or Lizingas delete the Participant’s personal data or suspend the processing operations of such data. The Promotion Participant understands that, in such a case, the Bank and/or Lizingas, no longer having the right to process such person’s data for the purposes of organising and conducting the Promotion, will be required to remove the Promotion Participant from the Promotion.

10.8. Promotion Participants may contact the Data Protection Officer of the Bank and Group companies directly regarding any matters related to the processing of personal data at the following e-mail address: [email protected].

10.9. The Privacy Policy of Artea Bankas Group companies in Lithuania provides summary information on how the Bank and Lizingas process the data of retail depositors and specifies the rights of data subjects regarding the processing of personal data. 11. Miscellaneous

11.1. In the event that the Promotional Rewards are subject to taxation in accordance with the procedure established by the Law on Personal Income Tax of the Republic of Lithuania, Lizingas will declare and pay the personal income tax of the Republic of Lithuania related to the Promotional Rewards at its own expense.

11.2. The Bank and Lizingas may unilaterally change these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion by giving prior notice in the same manner in which these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion are published.

11.3. The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion are publicly available online at www.artea.lt.

11.4. Bank services are provided to Promotion Participants at the standard rates in effect at that time and published online at www.artea.lt.

11.5. Employees of Artea Group companies and their family members are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
