Service plans fees
for private clients

¹ If the commission is not paid for 12 months or more, the service plan will be suspended and the standard rates will apply.

² A monthly commission of EUR 0.50 shall apply to clients who have been granted cash social assistance to the needy population in accordance with the Law on Cash Social Assistance to the Needy Population of the Republic of Lithuania.

³ The Traditional service plan with the Loyalty discount can be subscribed to by clients who receive regular income (salary, pension, social benefits) to their accounts with the Bank. If a client using the Traditional service plan with the Loyalty discount does not receive regular income for three consecutive months, the Bank will unilaterally apply the Traditional service plan from the beginning of the next month.

⁵ Once the Payment Card has been unlinked from the service plan, it will be subject to the Payment Card Administration Fee.

⁶ A limited-quantity, exclusively designed Mastercard Gold payment card with the LoungeKey™ service. The LoungeKey™ service is provided free of charge 2 times per calendar year. If the set number of free visits is exceeded or if accompanying guests visit airport lounges, a one-time fee of 32 USD per person is applied for each visit. If, within 12 months from the date of setting up the Kosminis service plan, the customer uses the LoungeKey™ service and during this period decides to terminate the Kosminis service plan or close bank accounts, the customer must compensate the bank for the LoungeKey™ fees paid for the LoungeKey™ service provided to the customer.

⁸ Withdrawal limits only apply to the bank card linked to the service plan - other cards held by the customer are charged at typical fees.

⁹ In some Lithuanian or foreign ATMs, an ATM fee (independent of the Bank) may be applied for cash withdrawals. You will see a message about it on the ATM screen. If the ATM fee is unacceptable to you, we recommend that you try ATMs of other networks.

¹⁰ For cash withdrawals more than 4 times a month or in excess of EUR 750 per month, there is a commission of 2% (min. EUR 3) on the fifth cash withdrawal or in excess of EUR 750.

¹¹ Cash withdrawals of more than EUR 2 000 per month are subject to a 2% min. A commission of EUR 3 on more than EUR 2 000.

¹² Cash withdrawals of more than 3 times per month or more than EUR 200 per month are subject to a 2% min. EUR 3 commission per 4 cash withdrawals or more than EUR 200.

¹³ Cash withdrawals of more than EUR 3 000 per month are subject to a 2% min. A commission of EUR 3 is charged on the amount over EUR 3 000.

¹⁴ Cash withdrawals of more than EUR 800 per month are subject to a 0.5% min. EUR 0.50 commission on amounts over EUR 800.

¹⁵ Žalgiris Mastercard Debit and Žalgiris Mastercard Gold payment cards can be issued to persons aged 18 and over.
