If you represent a public limited liability public company, You should provide the following:
- a filled leasing application;
- a commercial offer submitted by the seller regarding property to be acquired
- a company registration certificate or extract from the Register of Legal Entities;
- articles of association with all their amendments;
- a document evidencing appointment of the company's head unless an extract from the Register of Legal Entities is provided;
- personal identification document of the company's head;
- a resolution of shareholders to acquire or lease the property by way of leasing if such resolution is foreseen the articles of association of the company;
- financial statements for the last 2 years and recent accounting period ( a balance and income statement) and decryption of the recent accounting period.
