Become a customer online – it is easy.

  • Only companies registered in the Republic of Lithuania are eligible to become a customer online.
  • You can apply for everyday banking services, including: opening a bank account, ordering a payment card, selecting service plans, and more.
  • You will be asked to complete and submit the Know Your Customer (KYC) form.
  • If your company intends to deposit more than EUR 15,000, holds specific licences, has another legal entity as its beneficiary, or based on other information provided in the completed KYC form, you may be asked to submit additional documents.
  •  The registration process takes approximately 30 minutes. Please note that it must be completed in one go. If the process is interrupted, it will need to be started from the beginning, so please ensure you have all necessary information ready.
  • Your application will be reviewed within three working days, provided that all submitted information is accurate. 
  • Your personal data will be carefully stored and used only for this purpose.
