1 If a letter of credit is issued without depositing the client's funds, an additional commitment fee is charged. No interest is paid on funds deposited for the issuance of a
letter of credit.

guarantee.
3 The urgent guarantee shall be provided/the urgent replacement of the guarantee shall be made no later than the next working day after the submission of a correctly
completed and duly signed application; all the conditions of the guarantee agreement must be fulfilled when submitting the application.
4 This commission shall not apply once the guarantee has been granted.
5 In the event of an increase or extension of the guarantee amount, a commission fee for the provision of the guarantee shall also apply.
