By submitting this request, you agree that AB Artea Bankas (hereafter referred to as the Bank) will transfer this referral and the information contained within it (including bellow list of personal data) to Nets Denmark A/S Lithuania Branch (hereafter referred to as Nets) and consents to Nets processing for the purpose of receiving an offer of acquiring services provided by Nets.
By submitting this request, you confirm that you are:
- informed of the right to refuse the transfer of personal data to Nets, if such transfer of data has not yet been made, by contacting the Bank directly using the contacts published on the Bank's website www.artea.lt.
- familiar with the Privacy policy of Artea Bank Group companies in Lithuania published on the Bank's website. Upon request, the Bank may provide you with a copy of the Privacy policy of Artea Bank Group companies in Lithuania.
- informed about the right to withdraw the consent at any time to the processing of personal data by Nets by contacting Nets directly or by submitting a request.
