I/we hereby agree that Artea Bankas AB, registration No. 112025254, will provide Contomobile UAB, registration No. 304285884, head office address Tuskulėnų g. 33C - 55, LT-09219 Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter, the “Data Recipient”) with our name, registration number and website address, and in the case of a natural person – only the address of the website that I operate, for the purpose of the Data Recipient’s contacting me/us to make an offer to me/us for the purchase of the Conto QuickPay payment initiation service.

I/we have been informed of my/our right to have access to my/our data and to know how my/our data are processed, to have my/our data rectified, to have my/our data erased, to have the processing of my/our data suspended where they are processed in breach of the requirements of the law, and to withdraw this consent. I/we have been informed that information pertaining to the processing of data is provided in the Personal Data Protection Rules available on the website of the Bank at https://www.artea.lt/en/about/important-documents/privacy-policy.

I/we have been informed that I/we have the right to object at any time to the processing of my/our data by the Data Recipient, either by contacting the Data Recipient directly or by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address published on the Data Recipient’s website www.contomobile.com.

I/we have been informed that the Bank will keep this consent as evidence for a maximum period of 2 years from the date of submission of this consent.
