Please send applications for deferment of payments, for a certificate, a copy of a document or a refund to Artea lizingas UAB by e-mail at [email protected], or by post to Artea lizingas UAB, Karaliaus Mindaugo pr. 35, Kaunas LT-44307.
We will refund the overpayment within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the written application for refund.
Certificates requested as an urgent service will be sent by email no later than the next working day following receipt of the application and payment.
Non-urgent certificates will be issued or sent within 5 working days of receiving the application and payment.
Attention! When submitting an application for a certificate or an application for a copy of a document, please enclose proof of payment for the document.
