Dear Client,
We must adhere to the "Know Your Client" principle and regularly update information about customer activity, income sources and monetary transactions. This information is necessary for the banks to comply with money laundering and terrorist financing prevention legislation. Therefore we kindly ask you to login to the Internet bank and before 31 May 2019 fill out the form that you can find in the menu "Settings" -> "Know Your Client Form" or visit the most convenient Bank's customer service department. All customers of the Bank must complete the questionnaire.
