Visits to the customer service points only upon registration

Dear Clients,

When assessing the threat of COVID-19 and taking preventive measures, we aim to ensure your and our employees’ safety and, therefore, ask to register for a meeting before going to customer service point. This can be done in two ways:

  • On-line, by selecting the desired point on the map and filling in the registration form (data is used only for registration purposes);
  • Calling by tel. +370 610 44447

Registration is necessary to minimize the risk of the virus spread. Registered customers are kindly requested to come to the unit at the agreed time, where a bank employee will meet you and invite you to come in. We are servicing as many people in the unit at one time as required by the Government, ensuring a safe distance.

Please be informed that that registered customers wearing a protective mask, respirator or other face protection piece are accepted to the customer service points. Protective gloves are also recommended.

We also recommend choosing electronic customer service channels, whenever possible. By login to the On-line banking, you will be able to perform most daily operations. If it is necessary to submit signed documents, take advantage of the Dokobit service.

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that, depending on the ways in which viruses spread, we recommend avoiding using cash and opting for contactless payments. The payment limit for contactless payment cards is increased to EUR 50 per payment.

Let’s be conscious and healthy.

Yours
Šiaulių Bankas
