Šiaulių Bankas distributes the bond issue of Capitalica Asset Management till 30 October

Šiaulių Bankas distributes the 3-year bond issue of the real estate fund (investment company) Capitalica Baltic Real Estate Fund I. SBA Group company Capitalica Asset Management plans to raise up to 8 million euros through bonds, which will be used for the development of the Riga office complex Verde. The value of the project is about 60 million euros. It will be one of the largest office complexes in the Latvian capital.

Main distribution conditions:

  • Issue amount: up to EUR 8 million
  • Annual interest rate: 5.5% to 6.5%. Interest is determined by auction
  • Interest payment frequency: quarterly
  • Term: 3 years
  • Nominal value of the bond: EUR 100
  • Distribution period: first phase: 22 October to 30 October 2020

CAPITALICA BALTIC REAL ESTATE FUND I UAB is a company that invests in commercial real estate in the Baltic States. Investments are made both in the early stages of development and in completed real estate. Currently, the company owns the business centre 135 in Vilnius, the office complex Kauno dokas in Kaunas, and the shopping centre Luizė in Klaipėda.

In total, investors will be able to purchase up to 80,000 units of the company’s bonds. Upon completion of the distribution, these debt securities will be included in the alternative securities market First North administered by Nasdaq Vilnius.
