Live Customer Service - Closer to You

News

Dear Clients,

We understand that it is not always easy to choose the most suitable financial service - sometimes you need a piece of advice, expert’s view or just a cosy conversation with a banker. No matter how quickly technology is infusing our everyday life, a live contact still remains indispensable.

After the quarantine, we do hurry back to our usual work and are already waiting for you in as many as 59 customer service points in 37 Lithuanian cities. Following your and our employees’ needs, we unify the business hours at the majority of our units - from now on in the most customer service points you will be served from Mondays to Thursdays from 8.00 to 16.45, and on Fridays from 8.00 to 15.45. The opening hours of the units in the supermarkets do not change.

The nearest customer service points and their opening hours are available here.

We kindly remind you that in any customer service point You may not only consult the banker, but also perform cash transactions, order a payment card, apply for a loan and other financial services you or your business might need.

Yours,
Šiaulių Bankas
