Dear Customers,
we inform that in May 2021 customers will no longer be able to login to the on-line banking using a stationary electronic signature tool (cryptographic USB stick issued by the State Enterprise Centre of Registers or an identity chip with an electronic signature function). It will be possible to login to the on-line banking and confirm transactions using the following means of identification:
Smart-ID authentication tool;
mobile signature;
code generator;
PIN card and the code received via SMS (PIN + SMS).
If you do not have another means of identification, you are welcome to contact Šiaulių Bankas and take care of a new means of identification.
