Deposit agreement conditions are changing

Dear Clients,

Please be informed that from 16 September 2019 the deposit agreements terms providing for a method of the deposit interest rate calculation are changing.  Calculating interest for the deposits automatically extended after 16 September 2019 the month will be considered to have 30 (thirty) days, and a year to consist of the actual number of days.

No action is required from the Clients who accept changes to the terms of the deposit agreements listed above. Clients who do not agree with the amendments may refuse the automatic extension of the deposit agreement by informing Šiaulių Bankas thereof in writing. It shall be deemed that the Client agrees with the published changes if he/she does not inform Šiaulių Bankas regarding his/her disagreement prior to the automatic extension of the deposit agreement (after 16 September 2019).
