Certificate for annual income and asset declarations

Dear clients,

please be informed that you can now generate a certificate in the Internet Bank with the following data: available funds, housing loans and interest paid to the bank, repayment of student loans (or part thereof), and interest paid on term deposits, which are required for the 2022 personal income and asset declarations. Clients who have traded in securities can also generate the necessary certificates.

To generate this certificate, log in to the Internet Bank and select menu item “Other Services” -> “Reports” -> “New Report” -> “Report Type” -> “Certificate for Annual Income and Asset Declarations” and click on the “Generate” button.

The certificate for declaring personal assets and income is issued free of charge.

Šiaulių Bankas has successfully placed EUR 300 million note issue on the international market
Šiaulių Bankas AB has successfully placed EUR 300 million issue of 4.25-year senior preferred fixed rate reset notes with an optional call date and interest rate reset at 3.25 years from issue as debut on the international debt capital markets. The annual fixed rate coupon on the notes up to the reset date will be 4.853 %. Settlement will take place on 5 September 2024. Listing of the notes will be on Euronext Dublin.

The international rating agency Moody’s Investor Service has affirmed Šiaulių Bankas long-term deposit ratings of Baa1. The outlook on the long-term deposit ratings remains stable.
