Signing electronic documents on the Dokobit portal
Dokobit has all the necessary features to sign electronic documents and perform other related tasks faster.
With Dokobit, you can easily sign electronic documents and collect signatures from other parties in just a few minutes.
All electronic signatures in Dokobit are created using secure electronic identification means and comply with the strictest requirements of the EU eIDAS Regulation.
Once a document has been signed with an electronic signature on the Dokobit portal, it is impossible to change the data without detection, thus protecting documents from forgery.
Electronic signatures supported by Dokobit are legally binding and recognised throughout the EU.
Detailed information on signing and submitting electronic documents to the bank is available here.
Electronic documents submitted by the bank for signing are not subject to the restrictions applicable to free Dokobit accounts, so you will be able to sign the submitted document even if you have already used up your document signing limit.
After signing the document provided by the Bank/signing and submitting the document to the Bank, it is always recommended to download the document and save it on your personal computer or external data storage device. For more detailed instructions, see here.
Since the Dokobit system at Artea Bankas is extensively integrated with the document management systems (DMS) used by the bank, we recommend using the Dokobit system to ensure faster electronic document-related processes.
